Xytel Corporation and Kayser Technology Realign ACE Technology® Business Structure
Xytel Corporation and Kayser Technology, Inc. (KTI) have realigned their responsibilities for ACE Technology® products licensed by KTI. Over the past 4 years, ACE Technology® Cracking Units have become recognized as the state-of-the-art tool for studying the fluid catalytic cracking process. Effective with this change, KTI will provide marketing, sales and customer support as the "seller of record" for ACE Technology® Products. Xytel will continue as the sole manufacturer of ACE Technology® Products, building each one with the quality, reliability and speed that is a Xytel trademark. Both Xytel and KTI agreed that the fastest and most efficient way to address the market for ACE Technology® Products was to realign roles with KTI, as inventor, assuming full commercial business responsibility for ACE Technology® Products in addition to current technical and licensing functions. This realignment is expected to accelerate market introduction of ACE Model D deactivation technology later this year.

Xytel is the premier pilot plant and mini plant company in the world with nearly 600 projects for more than 200 clients in over 25 countries during our nearly 25 years of operation. Xytel provides complete turn-key services for pilot plants and small commercial process units in the Refining, Polymers, Petrochemicals, Fine/Specialty Chemicals, Environmental, and Energy Industries.

Kayser Technology, Inc. is committed to the design of the most advanced and useful pilot plants for studying FCC and similar processes. John C Kayser, Ph.D., President, founded the company in 1996 after previously leading FCC laboratory programs at both Conoco and Akzo Nobel. ACE Technology® is a trademark of Kayser Technology, Inc.
