Our in-house design experience in fluid and fixed-bed catalytic pilot plants dates to our founding in 1974, giving us the solid knowledge base you want for your critical applications. In addition, we have alliances with other leading pilot plant designers and technologists, which means our customers benefit from the broadest range of applications expertise available.
Xytel has several standard products and "psuedo-products" for many applications. Many of these products have proprietary and/or patented features developed by Xytel or one of our Technology Alliance Partners. For many of these products, Xytel has exclusive rights to the proprietary technology or license.
The versatile
Automated Reaction & Control (ARC) pilot unit from Xytel
has options for several types of reactors. The modular design of
the ARC allows the client to select the features necessary for nearly
any catalyst evaluation application.
In cooperation
with Oakwood Consulting, Inc., Xytel offers a unique and proprietary
continuous pilot plant for polyolefins R&D. This is the
most cost effective and relevant unit of its kind to study the fast
breaking single-site and metallocene catalysts. The product is exclusively
offered by Xytel.
